Inquiry for 2023

 This year, my focus will be based on Maths. I am looking at Maths through the lens of learning disabilities, and seeing what I can do to help my learners with these learning disabilities get closer to the "norm".

My inquiry focus question is - How can I help learners, who have Global Developmental Delay, receive the appropriate learning to help them get closer to the “norm” for Maths?

Some of the things that I will have to do is research what Global Developmental Delay is, come up with ideas and activities to help them progress, have conversations with the right people (Chris Bush) and seeing what next steps are appropriate to take, and get my teacher aide involved to help with this - they can help with making activities.
